You know, I like soft edges and faded shadows. I prefer dull and muted colors to bright ones. One look through my gallery could tell you that. I'm not big on defined outlines or sharp black shadows. I like the almost watercolor look that I use, and I use it on purpose. So it's really irritating when I get three comments in a row telling me that my artwork is 'blurry' or needs to be sharpened up. No. No, it doesn't. It doesn't because I intended it to look that way. If I wanted something sharp, I would draw something sharp. But I don't like sharp. I like soft. Art dump! I've been pretty prolific lately, working on my portfolio and all, and I had a chance to get a lot of scanning in down at the shop today. Expect another batch in another week or so!
